Create & claim Yelp listing

Yelp is a leading reviews site and one of the highest-trafficked websites on the web. Getting listed ensures you’re found when customers search for businesses like yours on the site — and Yelp itself frequently occupies top Google positions for “near me” and local business keywords, so a Yelp listing is a second doorway into Google results.

Step 1: Visit Yelp for Business Owners

Go to the Yelp for Business Owners page (biz.yelp.com), enter your business name and address, and get started.

Step 2: Claim your business

From the results, select “Claim this Business” if your listing hasn’t been claimed. If it’s already claimed and you need to edit information, log in to make changes.

If you can’t find your business, add it at the end of the search results with your business information and phone number. After Yelp’s moderators verify the listing, you’ll receive an email detailing how to claim it.

Step 3: Complete and maintain the profile

Once claimed, fill out the profile completely — NAP consistent with your website and other listings, hours, categories, photos — and keep it current. Yelp data feeds Apple Maps and many other services, so accuracy here multiplies across the ecosystem.
